I understand all cats brought to Cattastik for adoption must be current on required vaccinations.

I understand all cats must be housed in secure enclosures during the event.

I understand that my organization is required to provide staff or volunteers to supervise cats throughout event hours.

If selected, invoices must be paid in full within 2 weeks of approval. Space(s) are not guaranteed until payment is made.*

If bringing animals, I agree to comply with all event animal welfare and safety requirements.*

I agree to keep my booth setup for the entire duration of the event. If I take down early, I understand that I may not be accepted as a rescue in the future.*

I understand I am required to furnish my booth. No tables, chairs, or linens will be provided by Cattastik. No pop-up tents are allowed inside the venue. Please plan accordingly.*

I understand that Cattastik is not responsible for paying any Sales and Use Tax due to the state of Texas and its municipalities.*

I understand that filling out the application form does not guarantee a spot at Cattastik. Applicants will be notified of selection via email.*

NO STICKER GIVEAWAYS. Exhibitors may give away free items to event attendees, except for items such as weapons, helium filled balloons, stickers or decals. Food and beverage sample items have specific limitations. These rules are set by Will Rogers Memorial Center and are out of our control. Anyone caught breaking this rule may be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.*

If I attend as a rescue, I agree to allow Cattastik to take/use footage of me, my booth, and my products for promotional purposes after the expo.*
